WHO YOU ARE AGREEING WITH

These terms are between you and İbrahim Melikşah Köse, an individual developer in İstanbul, Türkiye. There is no company behind Kelvia; "we" in this text means him. Contact details are at the end.

THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Kelvia is not a doctor and does not diagnose anything. What it gives you is a reading of what a photograph appears to show, and an opinion about how a product's ingredients line up with what you told it. That is all it is.

Nothing here replaces a dermatologist. If something on your skin worries you, is changing, is not healing, or is painful, see a doctor — and do not let a reassuring result here talk you out of it. If the app tells you to see a professional, please take that seriously.

ACCURACY

The analysis is produced by an AI model reading a photograph. It can misread a label, miss something visible, or be confidently wrong. Treat every result as a starting point for your own judgement, not as a fact. Patch-test new products regardless of what the app said.

WHO CAN USE IT

Kelvia is for people aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm you are 18 or older.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

The app is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be accurate, available, or free of faults. We are not responsible for decisions you make about products, money you spend on them, or reactions your skin has to them. These limits do not cover liability arising from our intent or gross negligence, nor any right you cannot give up by law.

FAIR USE

Kelvia is for your personal use. Reaching the services behind the app with scripts or automated tools, inventing identities to get past the daily limit, or using it as infrastructure for something else is not allowed.

KEEPING THE SERVICE RUNNING

We do our best to keep Kelvia up, but one person runs it and there is no promise that it will be offered forever. If it ever has to close, we will say so in the app with reasonable notice. Your records live on your own phone, so they stay with you either way.

PRICE

Kelvia is free today and has nothing to buy inside it. If a paid feature ever arrives, we will ask you plainly and separately — not through a quiet edit to this text.

WHAT BELONGS TO WHOM

The app, its design and its name are ours, and you get a personal right to use them, not to copy or pass them on. Your photos and your data are entirely yours; we claim nothing over them.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. If something goes wrong, write to us first — most things are solved that way. If they are not, every route the law gives you stays open, including the consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts where you live; nothing here narrows those rights.

IF A CLAUSE FAILS

If one part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest of it still stands.

CHANGES

These terms and the way the app works can change. When a change matters — when it affects your rights or what happens with your data — the app will show it to you and ask you to accept before you carry on. We will not slip one past you. Small corrections only update the date above.
